JASMINE QUINLAN-GARDNER

Director of Development & Outreach

Jasmine has overseen Stagebox’s award-winning training and nationwide growth for nearly a decade, building on creative development, outreach, and partnerships. Jasmine is passionate about nurturing young talent and has overseen major events including The Company Project Live whilst spearheading diversity and inclusion through The Diversity Project initiative.

JOHN HICKS

Head of Operations

John brings 19 years of experience in theatre, entertainment, and operations, with credits including The Book of Mormon, Moulin Rouge, and The Lion King, as well as production work on MAMMA MIA! worldwide; his leadership at Stagebox is driven by deep industry insight and a passion for live performance.

JO GOODWIN

Creative Director

A renowned industry choreographer, Jo has led the last two Company Projects and brings credits including Black Mirror (Netflix), The Performance Movie, Strike (HBO/BBC), and My Fair Lady (Curve). She continues to play a vital role across studio, set, and stage, championing the professional standard and impact of Stagebox’s work.

JOE RANSOM

Director of Film

As Director of Film at Stagebox, Joe brings professional film set experiences to members, directing video shoots and the Company Project Live. His recent credits include Sunset Boulevard (Broadway), Romeo & Juliet (West End), and acclaimed work on productions like Cabaret (West End & Broadway), & Juliet (Worldwide).

CHLOE POWELL

Head of Established Talent

Chloë brings over a decade of industry experience to Stagebox, where she leads the Established List with strategic vision and champions top-level talent across all genres. Chloë has agented some of the biggest deals of the decade including high-profile deals, co-reps and adult contracts across the UK and the US.

JOEL WHITE

Head of Emerging Talent

Joel is Head of Emerging Talent at Stagebox, where he champions the next generation of rising talent. Known for his instinctive eye and personalised approach, he specialises in nurturing early career trajectories and guiding talent through the crucial first stages of their professional journey.

HEATHER CONDER

Assistant Talent Agent

Heather is the Assistant Talent Agent at Stagebox Management, supporting both the Established and Emerging talent lists. Heather now brings her industry insight and first-hand experience to agenting, helping clients secure their dream roles and grow meaningful careers.

SCOTT JOHNSTON

Production Administrator

Scott supports the delivery of Stagebox’s training and live performance opportunities, bringing experience in theatre production, arts administration, and creative development. He has worked in administration across training providers and joins Stagebox with a passion for supporting the next generation.

OUR FOUNDERS

In 2015, 20 year old sisters Emily and LJ Keston founded Stagebox in Leeds with a mission to bring access to industry opportunities to young people- regardless of background, location, or experience. The programme began as an outreach initiative in Leeds but soon gathered momentum with centres following in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh in tandem with a worldwide online platform.

In 2019, Emily and LJ were approached by West End producers to cast and general manage 300+ children a season having been noticed for their regional scouting & expertise in the sector. They fast became go-to experts as children’s casting directors and general managers at Keston & Keston building an impressive portfolio of credits now including Disney’s The Greatest Showman stage adaptation, The Lion KingCharlie and the Chocolate FactoryOliver!13 Going on 30Nativity!, NBC Live’s The Grinch, and various high-profile projects for Marvel and Netflix.

In 2025, they continue their work as children’s casting directors and general managers independently and remain proud founders committed to excellence and accessibility in the arts. 

JOEL WHITE

Agent

Joel is an Agent and he handles the Emerging Client list. Joel studied at the Guildford School of Acting before moving into agenting with a decade of experience in the entertainment and talent development sector. Joel nurtures early career development and is responsible for curating career starts and journey progression.

CHLOË POWELL

Associate Agent

Chloë is an Associate Agent and she handles the Established client list. Chloë studied at the London School of Musical Theatre and joined Stagebox in 2019. With a decade of experience in the professional entertainment sector she has been pivotal in managing hundreds of clients from emerging to established before taking on her own list- now curating major careers in lead talent across all genres.

Joe Ramson

DIRECTOR OF FILM

Joe is Director of Film at Stagebox. Joe works as a Director and Producer in the professional film sector and his crews work with Stagebox to bring professional film set experiences to our members. Joe directs the company’s video shoots and works on the Stagebox Video Project and Company Project Live each year. Stagebox has 20 million+ viewers and counting and continues to lead the child sector. Joe is currently working on Sunset Boulevard, (Broadway) & Romeo & Juliet (West End) and his work is critically acclaimed in the industry.

Joe has worked professionally as a Director and Cinematographer. Credits include: Video Design and Cinematography for Sunset Boulevard (West End) starring Nicole Scherzinger. A Doll’s House (Broadway), Betrayal (Broadway), Cabaret (West End), McQueen (West End), Shark is Broken (West End), Punch drunk (London), Rambert (London), 42nd Street (UK Tour), Sound of Music (Chichester), Assassins (Chichester), Pretty Women (West End & UK Tour), Parade (Broadway), & Juliet (West End and Australia), Funny Girl (Broadway), New York, New York (Broadway), Mamma Mia (Australia), A Beautiful Noise (Broadway). Jasmine
GENERAL MANAGER & DIRECTOR

Jasmine is a Director of Stagebox and she continues in her role as General Manager at Stagebox. Jasmine leads the team in delivering our award winning Stagebox memberships.

Jasmine has a decade of experience in facilitating world class training to children age 5 to Graduate level and working closely with creative teams, parents and children to deliver industry excellence. Jasmine manages our live performance opportunities having overseen hundreds of concerts, events & live performances including: Schwartz at 75 (West End), West End Does series at Cadogan Hall, WhatsonStage Awards & The Company Project Live. Jasmine also founded The Diversity Project initative at Stagebox and has been responsible for inspiring diversity and inclusion across the Company.

Jasmine leads across our training centres of excellence, alongside creatives and with children worldwide to help them achieve their dreams.

Kirsti
HEAD AGENT & DIRECTOR

Kirsti is a Director of Stagebox and she continues in her role as Head Agent of Stagebox Management. Kirsti studied at Stanford University in America and she has a decade of experience in casting and production. She continues to lead our US style representation and genuine career development for Stagebox clients.

Kirsti leads the department in securing major leading roles in West End, Television and Film productions worldwide. Kirsti has negotiated co-representation deals with the US including The Gersh Agency and Paradigm. Stagebox Management clients have had major success securing roles in BAFTA award winning, Emmy nominated, Stage Debut nominated and Olivier award winning productions.

Stagebox Management are well regarded as the leading children’s management in the UK for lead role success with recent success including roles in the Wicked Movie, Barbie Movie, Disney’s Snow White, 3 Body Problem for Netflix, Matilda Movie, Avenue 5, The Power, The Crown, Secret Invasion, Peaky Blinders, Sex Education, Ted Lasso and every major West End musical and UK Tour. The Management works in tandem with training to ensure reputation and standards of industry excellence for career longevity and growth.
